It combines a world class arts and cultural sector with cutting edge science and one of Europe\u2019s most innovative technology scenes.<\/p>\n<p>The symposium will be held in the Professor Stuart Hall Building at Goldsmiths, University of London,\u00a0one of the UK\u2019s leading universities for the arts. The closest London Underground (Overground Line) and National Rail stops are New Cross Gate and New Cross (both a couple of minutes away). There are regular direct trains from London Bridge, Cannon Street, and Victoria stations to the New Cross area. The London underground (Overground line) to East London runs frequently and connects with the Jubilee Line via\u00a0Canada Water. The nearest DLR station is Deptford Bridge (a 10-15 minute walk away).\u00a0The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tfl.gov.uk\/plan-a-journey\/\">Transport for London journey planner<\/a>\u00a0is a great resource to determine travel from your lodging\u00a0to Goldsmiths.<\/p>\n<p>Locations that are most easily accessible by public transport to Goldsmiths are London Bridge, Westminster, Cannon Street, Greenwich, and anywhere along the Overground tube line or DLR to Deptford. The areas of New Cross, Deptford and Greenwich are closest and are all within walking distance.<\/p>\n<p>The Professor Stuart Hall building is marked as building 2 on the campus map below. It is at the back of the college Green, towards the back of Goldsmiths. \u00a0You can enter the main Goldsmiths building, walk all the way through it and exit by the back door.
